Power Innovations is a fast-growing manufacturer in the electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure space, dedicated to designing and producing high-quality EV charging solutions. As demand for clean transportation accelerates, we are expanding our team to support increased production, innovation, and deployment.


Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within our EV charger manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budgetwhile ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for product development, manufacturing, and deployment initiatives
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, supply chain, and quality
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
  • Manage vendor relationships and external partners as needed
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards in EV infrastructure
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and operational efficiency


Qualifications
