Project Manager - Marketing Technology Migration (Contract)

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the structured delivery of a marketing technology migration initiative.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the migration of marketing automation capabilities from the RedPoint Global platform to Braze. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing implementation timelines, and ensuring the successful transition of systems, integrations, and campaign workflows.

The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise project delivery experience, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with marketing technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the integrated project plan across all workstreams involved in the migration

  • Maintain project governance artifacts including RAID logs, decision logs, and milestone tracking

  • Define milestone gates and establish go-live readiness criteria

  • Facilitate weekly cross-functional working sessions with Marketing, Engineering, IT, Data, and Product teams

  • Deliver executive-level status reporting and project updates

  • Track implementation partner deliverables and monitor SOW scope and utilization

  • Manage change requests and ensure alignment with project scope and objectives

  • Coordinate timelines across campaign migration, integrations, and reporting systems

  • Monitor project risks and escalate issues as appropriate

  • Develop and maintain a structured communication plan for stakeholders

  • Ensure proper documentation and knowledge transfer prior to project completion

Required Qualifications
  • Active PMP certification

  • 5-10+ years of experience leading enterprise technology or platform implementations

  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving technical teams

  • Demonstrated experience working with marketing automation or customer engagement platforms

  • Experience managing large implementation budgets ($500K-$2M range)

  • Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Braze

  • Experience migrating from legacy marketing platforms or marketing automation systems

  • Background working with CDP or marketing data integration environments

  • Familiarity with email deliverability, lifecycle marketing, or triggered messaging systems
