Job description

The TRG Manufacturing Search Division seeks a Project Manager to join a leading global OEM equipment manufacturer as the team continues to grow at this plant. With plans to double output over the next three years, this high-visibility role offers strong career growth potential within a world-class organization serving fast-growing markets, including data centers and industrial process industries.



As a Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of custom engineered equipment orders from receipt through shipment and final documentation. You will manage project schedules, engineering releases, and order activity within the ERP system while coordinating key component orders and outside vendors supporting fabrication. Working closely with engineering, production, purchasing, suppliers, and customers, you will help keep projects on schedule while ensuring a smooth order-to-delivery process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating cross-functional teams, solving problems, and making a visible impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.



Background:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
  • 2+ years of project engineering or manufacturing project management experience supporting engineered products or industrial equipment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience using MRP/ERP systems is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
