Location: onsite in either Cleveland, OH or Cary, NC

The senior ERP functional analyst for Materials Management and Warehouse Management is responsible for the successful deployment of SAP solutions that fulfill ABB business needs in a timely and cost-effective way leveraging ABB ERP best practices.
1. Solutions For the Americas Region, accountable for the technical and functional landscape for the SCM processes (Materials Management, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management) in SAP, including technical and functional integration, full E2E process coverage in a multi-country solutionClosely collaborates and partner with all other SAP functionals, non-SAP domains (MES, PLM, etc.) and demand organization from the business
Follow guidance and overall management directions from ERP Manager, SCM for the region
2. IS Delivery Design and deploy, alongside with SAs and all IS areas, technical ERP solutions aligned with business needs and ABB ERP CoE Guidelines
Translates requirements from projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties
Full understanding of ABB regional IS landscape to properly evaluate End-to-end solution deployment and alternatives, creating a flexible and scalable ERP solution with minimal non-standard solutions
Management of the ERP CoE solution blueprint (detailed process description and requirements document)
Understands the related business processes in detail and applies this knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services building and delivery activities
Strong governance mindset to define and follow/enforce tools, methods and procedures with the team
Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the relevant area of MM, IM & WM (Materials Management, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management) contributing technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or develop new software
3. Processes Supports the installation/ management/ maintenance/ optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to MM, IM & WM (Materials Management, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management) and its integration points
Development of close collaboration with all ABB Global Functional Domain organizations, to get alignment on global solutions and common processes to be used in the region
4. IS Standards Supports work in the America's is aligned to given goals and compliant with ABB IS Enterprise Architecture and any other applicable ABB Group Directives and ABB Group Guidelines, especially ABB IS Guidelines and Directive, which deal with IS service delivery
5. Budget Manages assigned budget on projects effectively and delivers activities within agreed schedules and costs. On request, participates in the definition of costs and schedules
6. Stakeholder Management In a country or group of countries, ensures and increases overall satisfaction with ERP CoE and overall IS services by assessing expectations, verifying that actions are taken to close any gap, and influencing stakeholder perceptions of IS service
7. People Leadership and Development This position does not have direct or indirect functional reports, but the manager needs to ensure (with HR support) that employee is developed technically and empower her/his to take decisions within his/her area of responsibility.
8. Governance Participates and contributes to team meetings (internal and external), as well as governance bodies representing ERP CoE activities

Basic Qualifications:
โ€ข Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field
โ€ข 8 years of SAP experience in SCM related processes MM, IM & WM (Materials Management, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management)
โ€ข Multiple Full Life Cycle solution deployment in a SCM (P2P (Procure to Pay)) functional analyst position
โ€ข Experience in working on Regional ERP Environments and governance
โ€ข Experience working in a multicultural environment with team member in different time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
โ€ข Above 7 years of ERP SAP experience within the relevant processes under P2P domain:
o SAP MM, IM, WM, functional configuration and integration with SAP SD, FI/CO, and PP modules
o Master Data management, BOM, Costing, Interchangeability and Substitution, Direct and Indirect procurement, Release strategies, Subcontracting, Third party order processing, Material and Service Contracts, Consignment Purchases, Inter and Intra Stock Transfer orders, Scheduling Agreements, Valuation and Account determination
o Inventory Management, Goods Receipts, Goods Issue, Invoice verification, Stock Transfers, Transfer Postings, Material to Material Transfers, Physical inventory, Stock determination, Cycle Counting
o Warehouse Management (WM) - Storage types, storage sections, bins, Storage Type Indicators, Interface between WM and IM and PP, Goods movement, and material flow - Inward and Outward movements, Stock placement, removal and return rules
โ€ข Experience on Materials Management specific demands for MTO, MTS and ETO business types
โ€ข Previous experience in ABB's industry type (IM&C - Industrial Machinery and components) a plus
โ€ข Strong understanding of SAP integration points and overall End-to-end processes
