Job description

AdventHealth Daytona Beach and AdventHealth Medical Group are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neurosurgeon to join their established Neurosurgery program. This role offers the opportunity to work with five experienced surgeons, contributing to the enhancement and cultivation of the program within the East Florida Division. The position involves a full scope of neurosurgical procedures, including functional neurosurgery, in a supportive environment with dedicated resources.

Practice Info

  • Join a group of five experienced surgeons
  • Full-scope Neurosurgery practice
  • Mix of craniotomy, spinal cases, minimally invasive, and endoscopic procedures
  • Treatment of movement disorders, Parkinson's disease, and epilepsy through Deep Brain Stimulation and other appropriate therapies
  • Dedicated Neuro ICU with epilepsy monitoring
  • APP support both inpatient and outpatient, including weekend and night coverage

Responsibilities

  • Perform craniotomy, spinal cases, minimally invasive, and endoscopic procedures
  • Conduct open surgery, microsurgery, and peripheral nerve procedures
