Job description

Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient clinic in Houston (Copperfield area), TX! Our clinic is expanding to meet the needs of a rapidly growing patient base, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled PT to help shape the future of the clinic. In this role, you'll deliver one-on-one patient care and play a pivotal part in our clinic's growth.

You'll work alongside a supportive and passionate team, focusing on clinical excellence, patient outcomes, and the development of a positive clinic culture. If you're looking for an exciting challenge and have a passion for mentoring others, we'd love to hear from you!

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Up to $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Performance-Based Bonus: Up to $400 per month
  • Health Insurance Stipends up to $150 per month
  • Unlimited Internal Continuing Education opportunities to enhance your skills.
  • External Continuing Education up to $1,000 annually
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days (2 weeks) per year.
  • Paid Federal Holidays: 6 paid holidays annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Monday through Friday, 8 AM โ€“ 5 PM
  • Average of 12 to 14 patients per day, with 40-minute treatment blocks.
  • Provide one-on-one patient care in an outpatient setting for conditions including orthopedic injuries, work comp, personal injury, functional capacity evaluations, vestibular, and balance disorders.
  • Actively contribute to improving rehab measures and clinical protocols that best support patient recovery and outcomes.
  • Working with Prompt EMR (training offered)

Qualifications:

  • Must have 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience
  • Clear and active TX license
  • Experience or interest in working with work comp, personal injury, functional capacity evaluations, orthopedics, vestibular, and balance training.
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to work with a diverse patient population, primarily individuals aged 50+.
