We're looking for an energetic, organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others succeed. As a Temporary Warehouse Lead, you'll support Warehouse Supervisors and Managers by leading seasonal team members, keeping daily operations on track, and ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. 


You'll be the go-to resource for answering questions, tracking performance, coaching team members, and helping create an engaging, positive work environment. Whether you're recognizing top performers or coaching employees through challenges, you'll play a key role in making our peak season a success. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Partner with Warehouse Supervisors and Managers to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations through effective resource allocation and workflow management. 
  • Lead seasonal team members by monitoring daily productivity, attendance, and break compliance. 
  • Communicate daily priorities and expectations, providing direction and support throughout each shift. 
  • Oversee assigned shipping, packing, inventory, and fulfillment processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards. 
  • Utilize warehouse systems to monitor productivity, manage inventory, generate reports, and support operational decisions. 
  • Conduct coaching and corrective action conversations related to performance, attendance, and workplace behavior. 
  • Assist with onboarding and training seasonal team members during peak season. 
  • Foster a positive, engaged work environment where employees feel motivated to perform at their best. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while promoting company safety standards. 
  • Support warehouse operations by assisting with daily warehouse tasks as business needs require. 
  • Communicate effectively with HR, Warehouse Supervisors, Managers, and Security to ensure consistent operations and timely resolution of issues. 

Supervisory Responsibilities 

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to seasonal warehouse team members. 
  • Assist in supervising employees performing shipping, packing, bin running, bin filling, inventory, and other warehouse functions. 
  • Assist in assigning work, monitor workflow, and ensure productivity goals are achieved. 
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to support employee performance and development. 
  • Assist with training and onboarding seasonal employees. 
  • Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws. 

Requirements

 Basic Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently working toward GED/equivalency

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

  • Ability to coach employees and hold accountability conversations in a professional, respectful, and calm manner, even in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Basic computer proficiency, including typing, Microsoft Excel, timecard systems, and warehouse administration software. 
  • Experience leading, coaching, or training employees. 
  • Ability to set priorities, meet goals, and manage multiple responsibilities. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to understand and follow all company safety procedures. 
  • Flexibility to work in multiple departments based on business needs. 
  • Demonstrated reliability with excellent attendance. 
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-oriented under pressure. 
  • Willingness and availability to work extended hours, weekends, and overtime during peak season as business demands require. 

Wage:  $15.25/hr now through 9/5/2026 with additional $1/hr following successful                   completion of Lead training.  Effective 9/6/2026, $17 new hire/$18 returner


Hired after 9/6/2026, $16/hr new hire and $17/hr returner, with additional $1/hr following successful completion of Lead training.
