The Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel is seeking a creative, skilled, guest-focused part-time Night Auditor to join its team of fun-spirited colleagues!
With 250+ rooms and nearly 5,000 square feet of meeting space, the hotel is conveniently located for both business and leisure travelers.
Our property is just a short drive from the world-famous Mall of America. Some of our features include a full-service, modern American Restaurant concept featuring creatively crafted interpretations of Food and Beverage with a Minnesota twist. Other amenities include our indoor heated junior Olympic-sized pool, whirlpool, and 24-hour fitness center.

In this role, you'll warmly welcome our guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay. You and the entire front desk team are dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction by crafting remarkable and seamless experiences from the moment guests arrive. As a Night Auditor front desk Agent, your dedication to guest satisfaction and meticulous attention to closing and resetting systems will ensure seamless operations the next day, elevating our standards. Your efforts will create unforgettable and unique memories that leave a lasting impression.
Essential Job Functions:
• Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests by responding promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in preparing daily Food & Beverage revenue reports, and in creating and balancing PMS reports for revenue and settlement accounts.
• Make corrections and adjustments via the PMS and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the computer system to generate daily reports, including the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary.
• Efficiently conduct check-ins, check-outs, and promptly answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or its equivalent.
  • One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred.
  • One year of experience working in customer service or a guest-facing role is required.
  • Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Previous experience with hotel FSPMS systems is a plus.
