Job Title: Entry-Level Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:
• Source and attract candidates using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Assist in developing and implementing recruiting strategies
• Maintain candidate database and applicant tracking system
• Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates
• Conduct background checks and reference checks
• Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
• Attend job fairs and networking events to promote company brand
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Stay updated on labor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job advertisements
• Provide regular reports on recruiting metrics and activities
• Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual - Spanish is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS
• Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Customer service orientation
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in recruiting
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills
