LINE COOK (Korean Fine Dining)
HWARO NYC
📍 Times Square, New York City

HWARO is the newest fine dining concept from Chef Sungchul Shim, offering a modern Korean tasting menu experience inside GUI Steakhouse. The restaurant features an intimate chef’s counter focused on Korean culinary traditions, charcoal grilling, fermentation, and refined technique.

Line Cook

Compensation
  • $20/hour + tips

  • Full-time preferred

  • Growth opportunities available

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute dishes to HWARO standards

  • Maintain consistency, cleanliness, and organization

  • Support prep, service, and kitchen operations

  • Work closely with the Chef and culinary team

  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant kitchen experience required

  • Korean cuisine experience is a plus

  • Fine dining experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

  • Authorized to work in the United States
