Position Overview

We are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial sales representatives to introduce WorkOnward to small businesses across the United States. This is a fully remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a flexible work environment, and is excited about startups, AI, and the future of work.

In this role, you will empower local employers to:

  • Create effective job postings.

  • Increase their visibility to local job seekers.

  • Leverage WorkOnward’s hiring tools to streamline their process.

  • Grow their hiring pipeline through our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Lead Generation: Reach out to local businesses and employers remotely via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media.

  • Platform Introduction: Educate business owners on the value of WorkOnward’s map-based hiring platform and services.

  • Onboarding Support: Help businesses successfully create and publish their first job postings.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local employers.

  • Activity Tracking: Document your outreach efforts and onboarding pipeline.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the WorkOnward brand professionally and positively in every interaction.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, hospitality, or business development is preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with strong follow-through.

  • No college degree required.

  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!

Compensation & Rewards

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role with no cap on your earning potential. High performers will also be considered for future leadership or regional growth opportunities as WorkOnward expands.
