ResponsibilitiesSupport daily kitchen operations and service execution
Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Assist with inventory management and ordering
Train and mentor kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and kitchen operations
QualificationsPrevious experience as a Sous Chef or strong culinary leadership experience
Strong English communication skills required
Korean language skills preferred
Culinary school degree or formal culinary training preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred ExperienceFine dining or Michelin-level restaurant experience
Korean or Asian cuisine experience
Experience managing kitchen teams and maintaining high culinary standards
