Job Summary

Dross Berman LLC is a law firm specializing in personal injury located in North Bethesda/Rockville area seeking a full-time KOREAN SPEAKING Personal Injury Case Manager/Paralegal. This job focuses on pre-litigation case management to include obtaining and assembling medical records, bills, police reports, property damage estimates and other necessary evidence, initiation of liability and first-party claims. Additionally, candidate will have extensive on-going communication with clients. Many clients are Korean or Korean-American.
Candidate must be fluent in both Korean and English languages.
Competitive salary depending upon experience.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients, auto insurance companies, doctors, hospitals
  • Requesting and assembling medical records and bills, police reports, property damages estimates, etc.
  • Prepare case-specific correspondence
  • Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
  • Provide paralegal support to multiple attorneys
Qualifications
  • Must speak fluent Korean and English
  • Previous paralegal experience
