Job description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and personable Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team and drive referrals for our imaging center services for the Orange County and Inland Empire area. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with physicians, clinics, specialists, and other healthcare providers to promote and increase the use of our diagnostic imaging services, including MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, and other outpatient scans.

You’ll be the face of our imaging center in the provider community—educating medical professionals on the benefits of partnering with us and ensuring seamless referral experiences for both providers and their patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to generate patient referrals from medical providers
  • Promote imaging services to physicians, clinics, urgent care centers, chiropractors, orthopedic practices, and other referral sources
  • Conduct regular visits, calls, and presentations to provider offices to maintain strong relationships
  • Identify provider needs and offer solutions that align with our imaging center’s capabilities
  • Coordinate with internal scheduling, front desk, and clinical teams to ensure smooth referral workflows
  • Track and analyze referral trends, market feedback, and outreach effectiveness
  • Assist in marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and event planning (e.g., lunch-and-learns, community events)
  • Represent the imaging center at local networking events, health fairs, and conferences

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in outside sales, physician liaison work, or healthcare marketing
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging modalities and the referral process
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and follow through effectively
  • Self-starter with a friendly, professional demeanor and strong presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally (field-based role)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or for an outpatient imaging center or radiology group
  • Existing network of provider relationships in the local healthcare community
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, referral portals, and prior authorization processes

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle
  • Training and growth opportunities
  • Supportive and collaborative work environment

If you're passionate about healthcare and thrive in a relationship-driven, high-impact role, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today to help connect providers with top-tier diagnostic imaging services.

What We Offer

  • Immediately accrue PTO as you work! (Full Time)
  • 6 Observed Holidays
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and other voluntary insurances for full-time employees
  • 401(k) Retirement plan
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program)

Salary

  • $65,000 to $75,000 annually
