Europa Village is a one-of-a-kind Wine Country destination offering an Old World European experience where service is gracious and unlimited. Everything viewed, touched and crafted will reflect an unsurpassed level of authenticity that speaks to our theme. We offer amazing wines in our Tasting Room, a delicious menu at Bolero Restaurante, and a total of 20 beautiful rooms to enjoy a getaway.
Europa Village is looking to fill the position of a full-time Wine Club Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service with an out-going, self-motivated and energetic personality. A minimum of 1 year office experience, supervisory experience, strong customer service, and administration skills are a must. 
Wine Club Administrative Assistant Reports To:
  • Société Manager
Expectations of Wine Club Supervisor:
  • Possesses and lives Europa Village core values.
  • Assists and supports Société Manager.
  • Is the direct contact for all Société members and assists with their Wine Club needs.
  • Answers telephones, listens to voicemails and responds to guests in a timely manner.
  • Greets guests with a smile and responds quickly to their requests.
  • Thoroughly understands the Société memberships and assists with sales of memberships.
  • Coordinates and maintains the Société Member database using Commerce7.
  • Accurately and efficiently runs Commerce7 Admin Panel.
  • Accurately and efficiently runs POS system, Wine Club pick-ups and completes sales.
  • Assists with inventory control for Wine Club wines, shipping supplies and collateral items.
  • Aides in the selections of wines for Wine Club releases.
  • Assists with preparing orders for shipping supplies for mass shipping.
  • Ability to generate electronic batch orders for each Wine Club membership in Commerce7 Admin Panel.
  • Manages the processing of credit cards for batch orders and for individual orders on Commerce7 Admin Panel.
  • Manages allocated space for Wine Club wines in bond area and cold box.
  • Lifts up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
  • Coordinates shipping of wine and merchandise.
  • Maintains a positive relationship with the tasting room staff and communicates updates and changes to the Wine Club.
  • Assists with motivating the staff to generate sign ups.
  • Has a full understanding of the wine menu.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Promotes Europa Village’s wines through exceptional customer service, knowledge of the Europa Village story and winemaking techniques.
  • Hospitable, welcoming, and exhibits a positive attitude and willingness to assist where necessary.
  • Keeps an eye out for attention to detail, and keep Tasting Rooms clean and clutter free.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays and some evenings.
