Technical Producer (Documentation & Coordinator) Join to apply for the Technical Producer (Documentation & Coordinator) role at Booming Games . About the role The Technical Producer acts as the bridge between Product, Development, QA, and Operations. Their primary responsibility is to translate product specifications and business requirements into accurate, up-to-date technical documentation that supports development, testing, and operational processes.

This role ensures that product documentation is technically sound, structured, and aligned with internal standards. The Technical Producer does not hold product ownership but works closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders to maintain clarity, consistency, and traceability across all documentation and releases. Responsibilities Documentation Management Translate highโ€level product requirements and feature descriptions into detailed, structured technical documentation (e.g., technical specifications, API docs, integration guides).

Maintain a centralized repository of documentation that reflects the latest product version, architecture, and feature set. Ensure that documentation follows internal standards for clarity, structure, and traceability. Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure all technical elements are correctly documented before release.

Support the creation and maintenance of versionโ€controlled documentation (e.g., Confluence, Git, or internal wiki systems). Coordination & Process Work closely with Product Owners to understand upcoming features and releases. Collaborate with Tech Leads and Developers to validate technical accuracy.

Coordinate with QA to ensure documentation supports testing processes (test plans, release notes, etc.). Help align documentation updates with sprint cycles and release schedules. Track and ensure documentation tasks are included in sprint planning and delivery timelines.

Quality & Compliance Review existing documentation for completeness, accuracy, and technical consistency. Identify documentation gaps and proactively address them with the relevant teams. Ensure technical documentation meets operational and compliance standards, especially important in regulated gaming environments.

Maintain historical documentation for audits, certifications, and internal process reviews. Crossโ€Team Support Support Operations by providing clear technical overviews for internal stakeholders (e.g., Customer Support, Account Management, Compliance). Act as a point of reference for documentationโ€related queries across departments.

Contribute to process improvements and documentation tools to increase efficiency and traceability. Requirements Professional Experience 3+ years in a technical documentation, production, or coordination role within software, gaming, or a similar industry. Experience working with agile development teams.

Strong understanding of software development processes, especially around feature delivery and release management. Experience using documentation tools such as Confluence, Notion, Git, or similar platforms. Skills Excellent communication and writing skills (English).

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable documentation. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and version control. Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools.
