This position operates in a remote telehealth setting, enabling you to connect with clients through secure video conferencing platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health status, identifying various factors such as emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges.
  • Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to empower clients to develop coping strategies, enhance resilience, and achieve recovery milestones.
  • Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or specialists, as deemed necessary based on the client's treatment requirements.
  • Document session notes and client progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for continual patient care.
  • Engage in routine supervision and team meetings, contributing to multidisciplinary discussions focused on enhancing care quality and effectiveness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
  • A minimum of four years of related experience in mental health counseling.
  • A comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and ethical guidelines governing practice.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering effective individual and group therapy.
  • Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations professionally and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth technologies.
Preferred Experience
