• Manage an active caseload of clients, fostering meaningful relationships grounded in professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress and discuss any changes needed to their treatment plans, ultimately guiding decisions regarding discharge when appropriate.
• Design, implement, and continually evaluate personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs, goals, and strengths.
• Document interactions and maintain progress notes meticulously, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to establish a clear understanding of clients’ challenges, strengths, and treatment needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions, using feedback to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client care.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of three years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating proficiency in the therapy process.
• Strong technology skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY or comparable client management tools.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a focus on tailored therapeutic strategies.
• A solid background in performing intake assessments and creating effective treatment plans based on client evaluations.
• Understanding of current mental health laws, ethics, and best practices in counseling.
