Job description

About Push Digital Group
We're using creativity, data, and technology on a mission to be the most effective, innovative, and trusted force in politics and public affairs. But none of that happens without our award-winning team. It's our people, day in and day out, who deliver for our clients and for each other. That's why we prioritize our collaborative culture and invest in you - so you can grow your career and thrive professionally and personally.
Sounds like something that would get you up in the morning? Join Us.
If you want to move our country forward and have a TON of fun along the way, then join us. As a Website Project Manager, you'll play a huge role in the success of our clients, company, and coworkers. And we hope you'll find a place to learn and grow in your career as we do amazing things together.
Responsibilities
Lead website projects that help our clients win. You'll manage website and digital projects from kickoff to launch - keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. You'll work directly with clients and teammates across the company to make sure every project reflects the quality our clients expect from us.
Drive collaboration, execution, and problem-solving. No two days will look the same. One day you may coordinate timelines with designers and developers, the next you're building pages in WordPress or another CMS, troubleshooting a launch issue, or helping a client think through how to present their message online. You'll serve as a key point of contact throughout the process and help keep everyone aligned along the way.
Build great websites and digital experiences. You'll work within Push Digital Group's website framework to build and maintain client websites in WordPress or another CMS, coordinate updates, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You'll also help manage company domain purchases and renewals and coordinate client email creation when needed.
Be curious, adaptable, and forward-thinking. Technology changes quickly, especially in our industry. We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, solving problems, and finding smarter ways to deliver great results for clients - including staying current on digital trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
If you've worked in website project management, digital production, or an agency environment for a few years and enjoy fast-moving work where details matter, this may be a great role for you.
Strong experience with project management tools and methodologies and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is critical, and it's important to have a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress and other CMS'.
Beyond that, we're looking for someone who communicates well, solves problems quickly, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. This work moves fast and deadlines matter - but you'll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply about the work and about helping each other succeed.
If you're willing to work hard and be a team player, you'll find a home at Push Digital Group. We understand sometimes it may take sacrifice or struggle. Your parents or friends may not quite get what you do or why you do it, but you sure will. Your efforts won't be overlooked, and you'll never be bored.
This is a full-time, exempt position and may be based out of our Charleston, SC headquarters or our Alexandria, VA office, or be fully remote.
As of the date of this posting (May 28, 2026), a good faith estimate of the salary range for this position is $74,000 to $94,000 for all locations.
