Waterpark Attraction Technician
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Waterpark Attraction Technician. In this position you Responsible for applying sealant materials to joints, seams and gaps in slide structures, both interior and exterior, to ensure watertight and airtight seals, often using specialized tools like buffers and cut out tools. Responsible for cleaning, waxing, and making small repairs to slide interiors using proper chemicals to achieve a neat and precise finish.
As part of our team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
Starting Rate: $20.00 an Hour
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure sealant installation and slide cleaning work is performed and maintained so that guests are not inconvenienced because of repairs.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and make necessary corrections if needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all work areas and ensure they are always free of debris

What We're Looking For
  • Someone who can lift heavy workloads; exerting up to 50 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or other wise move objects.
  • Someone who can bend, stoop, & kneel.
  • Must be comfortable in enclosed work areas.
  • Must be able to work in warm/humid settings and hot/humid weather for indoor and outdoor waterpark environments.
