You will collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals dedicated to coordinated and client-centered care.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand your clients' mental health difficulties, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methodologies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed techniques.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with specific therapeutic goals, ensuring they align with clients’ unique needs.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and educational workshops to enhance clients’ therapeutic journeys.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to create and execute integrative treatment strategies.
• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessment and safety planning, to address urgent client needs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

You will work with a vivid mix of clients from various backgrounds, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, family dynamics, and trauma. • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills are essential for establishing rapport with clients.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for documenting client care.

The successful candidate can expect an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
