Central Mind Core Counseling Center is seeking a committed and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand your clients' mental health difficulties, strengths, and resources.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methodologies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed techniques.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans with specific therapeutic goals, ensuring they align with clients’ unique needs.
  • Lead engaging group therapy sessions and educational workshops to enhance clients’ therapeutic journeys.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to create and execute integrative treatment strategies.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessment and safety planning, to address urgent client needs.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
