Role Description This is a full‐time, on‐site role for a General Manager based in Lubbock, TX. The General Manager oversees the daily operations of the store, including team management, sales planning, inventory control, and customer service. Responsibilities include developing and leading a high‐performing team, achieving sales goals, maintaining quality standards, driving customer engagement, and ensuring operational excellence. Collaboration with other departments to optimize performance and customer satisfaction is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, team management, and decision‐making skills Proven experience in sales strategy, retail operations, and inventory management Exceptional customer service and communication skills Analytical and problem‐solving abilities, with attention to detail Proficiency in using point‐of‐sale systems and relevant software Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and adapt to changes Previous experience in retail or a related field preferred
