This Construction Foreman / Crew Lead position pays a competitive salary of $60,000 - $90,000 /year. We also offer 10% of upsells and 10% of all volume over 11k, as well as bonus opportunities at a 70/30 split if all requirements are met. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN / CREW LEAD

As a Construction Foreman / Crew Lead, you captain your team of 3 who ensures that you always win at meeting quality standards. The crew Lead will be leading and helping with the job as they are not a go between with the homeowners. You are also the face of our company to many of our customers since you are the one that is consistently out in the field during the project. With your friendly demeanor and positive attitude, you have customers cheering in no time. You are a can-do, get-it-done person who loves what they do and takes responsibility for the performance of you and your team.

As both an offensive and defensive player, you help your team prevent delays and stay within budget, always staying one step ahead of the game. You keep the job-site organized and well maintained as and confer calmly with inspectors to solve issues.

Your good leadership and attention to detail result in winning attic and insulation construction, repair, and service projects. Using your excellent coaching and mentoring skills, you motivate your team to strive for victory. They are in good hands--as you not only teach them well but are very attentive to safety.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2 years of construction experience
  • Previous experience in construction management or leadership
  • Able to travel up to 2-4 hours away to jobs
  • A current valid driver's license
  • Working cell phone
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Can sell and upsell projects to customers
  • Can manage up to 3 people on a crew
