Part-Time Maintenance Technician (Apartment Maintenance)

What You’ll Do

  • Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform make-ready / unit turns to prepare apartments for new residents
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
  • Maintain buildings, grounds, and community amenities
  • Respond to on-call emergency maintenance requests as needed
  • Track and maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of maintenance or make-ready experience (multifamily preferred)
  • HVAC experience strongly preferred; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) is a plus
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Ability to be part of an on-call rotation
  • Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work outdoors, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25lbs
