We're looking for a skilled Mailing Operator to join our team in Plymouth, MI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, staying organized, and playing a key role in delivering high-quality mailing and fulfillment projects.

What You'll Do
  •  Operate mailing equipment including inserters, postage meters, sorting machines, and related production equipment 
  •  Prepare, process, and distribute outgoing mail and packages accurately and efficiently 
  •  Monitor production workflow to ensure schedules and mailing deadlines are met 
  •  Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic machine adjustments 
  •  Verify addresses, postage, and mail sorting accuracy to maintain quality standards 
  •  Coordinate with internal teams on bulk mailings and special projects 
  •  Maintain compliance with USPS regulations and company procedures 
  •  Keep work areas organized, safe, and production-ready 
What We're Looking For
  •  4+ years of experience in mailing operations, mail processing, print production, fulfillment, or a similar production environment 
  •  Experience operating mailing, inserting, sorting, or postage equipment 
  •  Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills 
  •  High attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  •  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting 
  •  Strong organizational and communication skills 
  •  Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
