Job description

Jusbero Group LLC, one of the nation’s leaders in Contract Delivery Service for the United States Postal Service, with locations nationwide, is currently seeking applicants for mail delivery driver/mail carrier on a United States Postal Service mail route in Houghton Lake, MI. This route starts 09/10/2026.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have legal documentation to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to lift 70 pounds
  • Must be able to work and safely drive in all types of weather conditions
  • Must reside in the area or neighboring town/city of Houghton Lake, MI.
  • Must have a qualifying vehicle (Cargo Van with at least 120 cubic feet of cargo capacity & less than 5 years old) and minimum liability insurance.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sorting mail and packages in delivery sequence for active mailboxes
  • Loading mail and parcels in delivery sequence into a delivery vehicle.
  • Delivering mail and packages to customer boxes along an assigned line-of-travel.
  • Dismounting if required to deliver parcels, Express mail, and other accountable mail items.
  • Other administrative duties are required.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Former USPS employees/contractors
  • REQUIRES Minivans and Cargo Vans with 120 cubic feet of cargo space without a center console for passenger side mailbox delivery (It will be difficult if you do not but it is possible to do the route)


Must be available to start immediately

  • Work Schedule: Full-Time: 6 Days per Week - Mondays to Saturdays except federal holidays.
  • Time: 7:30am - 5:30pm (10 hours a day or less)
  • You will provide your own vehicle.
  • 32 miles a day. (16 mile long delivery route)
  • $280/Day as a 1099 contractor (PAID MONTHLY)
