We are currently seeking a UAM Everfox Tool Engineer to support our growing federal portfolio located in Springfield, Virginia
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing support for the User Activity Monitoring (UAM) software solution, including updates, modifications, deployments, and other sustainment activities.
  • Perform UAM maintenance activities to ensure the solution remains fully functional and effectively deployed across the enterprise.
  • Identify and resolve coverage gaps. Support ITP analysts with requests related to new configurations, data feeds, and other UAM-specific updates.
  • Maintain documentation that accurately captures the system configuration baseline.
  • Support customer-directed training for stakeholders on the use of the UAM tool and help ensure a certification program is established to support personnel development.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 12 or more years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 10 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining technical documentation, analyses, and reports.
  • Experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management and other customer stakeholders.
  • Experience with EverFox or similar User Activity Monitoring products and platforms.
  • Active Top Secret government clearance
