Job Summary
Job Summary:
The Product Planner supports sales, inventory, and margin planning for multi-unit locations, covering the Las Vegas, Orlando and Honolulu Markets. This role partners closely with the Director of Retail to analyze performance, monitor inventory levels and works closely with store managers to ensure accuracy of inventory that drives profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales, margin, and inventory planning by category and location
  • Track and analyze weekly sales, inventory levels, and sell-through
  • Assist with demand forecasting using historical data and trend analysis
  • Maintain open-to-buy (OTB) tracking
  • Monitor product lifecycle and assist with markdown and clearance execution suggestions
  • Directs and supports the completion of weekly cycle counts by data analysis along with annual and bi-annual inventory completion
  • Oversees the warehouse fulfilment team, providing detailed open communication and daily/weekly cadence around product receiving and store product allocation, ensuring product hits stores timely
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Analytics, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail planning, inventory analysis, buying support, or internships
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
  • Experience in retail, apparel, or consumer products
  • Exposure to POS, inventory, or planning systems
