The University of Kentucky's Clinical Research Support Office (CRSO) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Research Administrative Coordinator. This vital role supports and enables groundbreaking clinical research across the University.
About the Role:
This position is eligible to be fully remote.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Invoice external sponsors for complex clinical trial activities based on analysis of the Clinical Trial Agreement
  • Reconcile payments received for both completed patient-care activity and invoiceable/pass-thru activities
  • Serve as the OnCore finance console subject matter expert for the institution
  • Prepare quarterly Clinical Trial Accounts Receivable summary to be shared with Research Financial Services (RFS) for all clinical trials managed outside of OnCore
