We are partnered with a reputable, national mechanical contractor seeking a Traveling Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale HVAC and mechanical construction projects across the U.S.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule are consistently achieved. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working on diverse, complex projects

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and enforce jobsite safety and compliance culture
  • Manage scope, schedule, and field resources
  • Oversee procurement and subcontractor coordination
  • Drive financial performance, budgeting, and cost control
  • Review and maintain project documentation and reporting
  • Support estimating and preconstruction efforts
  • Build and maintain strong client and team relationships
  • Contribute to business development and sales support
What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of Mechanical Project Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans
  • Understanding of design principles, tools, and construction methods
  • Experience with:
    • Project financials and cost control
    • Operations and business processes
    • Client relations and project delivery
  • Knowledge of construction law and contract management
  • Must be open to full-time travel
