Job description

Camden Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Full Time Transportation Driver to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.

Applicant must have a clean driving record and CNA or be willing to obtain one prior to starting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate with the nursing team and residents/families for outside appointments.

  • Publish daily transportation schedule on the halls.

  • Transport residents to and from outside appointments.

  • Coordinating with Admissions Coordinator on pick-up times from the hospital for new admissions.

  • Ensure all paperwork is taken and brought back from each appointment.
