We are looking for a data-driven Senior Analyst to join our Global Transportation team. In this role, you will be the analytical driver of our logistics operations — transforming complex freight, carrier, and cost data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across our international supply chain. You will work cross-functionally with transportation, procurement, finance, and operations teams, and will have the opportunity to shape how data is used across the organization.

The Transportation Analyst position is located in Memphis, TN.
You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will....
  • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports tracking transportation KPIs including cost per shipment, on-time delivery, carrier performance, and mode efficiency
  • Design, build, and manage ETL workflows to consolidate data from carrier portals, TMS platforms, internal supply chain systems, and third-party logistics providers
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on freight spend, lane optimization, capacity planning, and network design to surface cost-saving opportunities
  • Partner with procurement and carrier management teams to provide data-driven support during contract negotiations and RFP cycles
  • Build and maintain scalable data models that support both operational reporting and strategic scenario planning
  • Champion data quality standards across transportation datasets, identifying gaps and working with IT and data engineering teams to resolve them
  • Explore and pilot AI/ML applications within transportation analytics, including predictive freight cost modeling and anomaly detection
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1+ years of experience in Power BI or Tableau; ability to build production-grade dashboards with calculated fields, drill-throughs, and row-level security
  • At least 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or transportation analytics; familiarity with freight modes (FTL, LTL, ocean, air, parcel) and carrier management
  • This is an onsite and in office role
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx or comparable ETL tools; comfortable building repeatable, automated workflows for data blending and transformation
  • Proficient in SQL for querying large datasets; experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or similar)
  • Proven ability to translate analytical outputs into business narratives; experienced presenting to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Experience working within global or multi-regional transportation networks (North America, Europe, APAC)
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to supply chain such as demand forecasting, cost prediction, or anomaly detection; experience with Copilot, Python, or ML platforms
  • Familiarity with TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle TMS, MercuryGate, BluJay, SAP TM)
  • Knowledge of trade compliance, customs, or international freight documentation
  • Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis or automation
  • APICS CSCP or similar supply chain certification
