NOW HIRING – FSP TOW TRUCK DRIVER
for Great America Towing

Are you dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced roadside environment? We are looking for a professional FSP (Freeway Service Patrol) Tow Truck Driver to join our growing team.

Position Overview

FSP Drivers provide freeway assistance to stranded motorists, remove hazards from traffic lanes, and help keep California highways safe and moving efficiently. This is a high-visibility position requiring professionalism, urgency, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly and safely to freeway service calls
  • Assist disabled motorists with:
    • Tire changes
    • Jump starts
    • Fuel delivery
    • Vehicle relocations
  • Maintain communication with dispatch and CHP/FSP coordinators
  • Complete required TowBook and dispatch notes accurately
  • Follow all CHP, DOT, and company safety procedures
  • Perform daily truck inspections and maintain clean equipment
  • Work safely in high-traffic freeway environments
RequirementsMUST BE ABLE TO PASS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE GOLDEN GATE DIVISION FSP APPLICANT QUESTIONNAIRE AS A PART OF THE BACKGROUND SCREENING.
  • Valid California Driver License Class C
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
  • Tow truck experience preferred, but training may be available for the right candidate
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
