Part Time Towbook Jobs (NOW HIRING)

We are looking for a part-time dispatcher to add to our weekend rotation at our Middleburg Heights location.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with TowBook
• Knowledge of towing industry and commercial vehicles
• Customer service experience in a high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with local geography
• Responsibilities:
• Receive and process incoming towing service requests via phone, radio, or digital platforms promptly and professionally.
• Assess the nature and urgency of each request to prioritize dispatch assignments effectively.
• Coordinate and dispatch tow truck drivers to appropriate locations, providing detailed instructions and necessary information.
• Maintain continuous communication with drivers to monitor job progress, address any issues, and update customers as needed.
• Document all dispatch activities accurately, including call details, driver assignments, and service outcomes.
• Collaborate with management to optimize routing and resource allocation for improved operational efficiency.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain knowledge of local roads, traffic conditions, and regulations to support effective dispatch decisions.
