The position combines program coordination, analysis, and hands-on operational support. The role independently manages assigned workstreams and serves as the primary point of coordination for Coupa-related Total Rewards activity and routine vendor operations, helping create capacity for the HR Director – Total Rewards to lead enterprise strategy, program design, governance, subject-matter leadership, and key external relationships.

Location: Yuma, AZ

Job Status:

 Full-Time
 • Salaried

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supports the execution and continuous improvement of global and local benefits, wellbeing, retirement, compensation, and related Total Rewards programs.
  • Partners with regional HR teams to promote consistent program administration, communication, and employee support while recognizing legitimate local requirements and market practices.
  • Serves as an operational resource for regional HR partners by clarifying established program requirements, coordinating issue resolution, and connecting stakeholders with the appropriate internal teams or vendors.
  • Escalates matters requiring strategic interpretation, subject-matter expertise, policy decisions, or material exceptions to the HR Director – Total Rewards.
  • Supports implementation of global Total Rewards direction established by the HR Director – Total Rewards by developing practical processes, tools, timelines, and communications.
  • Supports annual Total Rewards activities, including renewals, open enrollment, merit and compensation cycles, benchmarking, audits, compliance reviews, and employee communications.
  • Owns day-to-day coordination of Total Rewards activity in Coupa, including supplier onboarding, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice routing, coding, approvals, and issue resolution.
  • Partners with Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement, HR, and vendors to ensure invoices are accurate, timely, properly supported, and aligned with contracts and approved budgets.
  • Maintains visibility into Total Rewards commitments, recurring expenses, invoice status, budget variances, and upcoming renewals; escalates financial risks in a timely manner.
  • Develops and maintains standardized processes, trackers, documentation, and controls for vendor payments, contract renewals, cost allocations, and financial reconciliations.
  • Analyzes vendor spend, utilization, cost, market, service, and employee-experience data to identify trends and provide practical recommendations to Total Rewards leadership.
  • Supports vendor administration by maintaining a centralized inventory of contracts, renewal dates, service scope, key contacts, fees, performance commitments, and required deliverables.
  • Leads routine vendor meetings and follow-up activities as assigned, tracks open items, monitors agreed timelines, and escalates material service, relationship, financial, or compliance concerns.
  • Supports requests for proposals, vendor evaluations, implementations, renewals, contract reviews, and transitions by coordinating requirements, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder input.
  • Prepares clear summaries, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations that communicate findings, risks, options, and proposed next steps for leadership review.
  • Leads assigned process-improvement and program workstreams from discovery through implementation, including stakeholder coordination, change management, documentation, and measurement of results.
  • Coordinates resolution of complex Total Rewards cases by gathering facts, engaging the appropriate vendor or internal partner, tracking progress, and communicating outcomes.
  • Supports compliance activities and required filings in partnership with Legal, Finance, Payroll, regional HR, brokers, and outside advisors; maintains accurate and audit-ready records.
  • Creates clear, employee-friendly communications and resources that improve understanding of Total Rewards programs.
  • Handles sensitive employee and company information with a high level of confidentiality, judgment, and professionalism.

Education:

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • Preferred: Relevant professional certification in benefits, compensation, HR, project management, or a related discipline.

Experience / Skills / Abilities:

  • Preferred: Experience supporting global or multi-region programs and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate vendors, projects, financial processes, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of benefit and compensation program administration, data analysis, financial controls, and HR compliance principles.

  • Strong Excel, analytical, project-management, written communication, and presentation skills.
