Job description

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for an experienced Carpet Cleaning Technician to perform high‐quality carpet, upholstery, tile/grout, and dryer/duct cleaning services. This role includes stain treatment, equipment operation, and the delivery of excellent customer service. Candidates should be skilled, reliable, and able to work independently while ensuring top‐tier results.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced carpet, upholstery, tile/grout, and air duct cleaning using professional equipment.
  • Identify stains, fiber types, problem areas, and recommend proper treatments.
  • Apply specialty services such as stain removal, odor control, protector, and tile sealing.
  • Operate and maintain truck mounts, portables, rotary tools, and duct cleaning systems.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and ensure high‐quality service.
  • Document work with notes and before/after photos.
  • Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment.
  • Participate in on‐call rotation for emergency jobs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in carpet, upholstery, tile/grout, or duct cleaning.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning chemistry, stain removal, and equipment operation.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in tight spaces.
  • Excellent customer service and problem‐solving skills.
  • IICRC certifications preferred.

Schedule & Work Environment:
