Job description

Senior Bathroom Installation Lead


About the Role:

This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in residential homes. You’ll be responsible for delivering clean, professional installations that meet high-quality standards and leave customers confident in the finished product.


Key Responsibilities:


This person will do all Pre- Measures before order is placed for vanities & special ordered glass.

  • Install bathroom vanities, including leveling, securing, and finish work
  • Disconnect and reconnect basic plumbing (P-traps, supply lines, faucets)
  • Install sliding and/or frameless shower glass doors
  • Apply silicone and sealants for waterproofing
  • Ensure all installations are level, secure, and visually clean
  • Troubleshoot job site challenges (uneven walls, out-of-square openings, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and professional job site


Installer Training & Development

  • Conduct and assist with installer mock installations.
  • Perform field shadows with new installers to ensure proper installation techniques and company standards are followed.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and technical instruction throughout the training process.
  • Evaluate installer readiness and communicate progress to Field Management and National Training.
  • Reinforce company installation standards, safety procedures, and best practices.


Service Reduction

  • Complete warranty and service work while maintaining company quality standards.
  • Identify root causes of recurring service issues and communicate findings to leadership.
  • Assist Field Manager with developing corrective action plans to prevent repeat service issues.


Installation Support

  • Assist with customer installations when additional manpower or technical expertise is required.
  • Ensure installations are completed according to company specifications and customer expectations.


Escalated Customer Support

  • Respond to high-priority customer escalations requiring immediate attention.
  • Represent the company professionally while working directly with homeowners.
  • Resolve complex installation or service concerns with urgency and professionalism.
  • Communicate updates to leadership regarding customer resolution progress.


Required Skills & Experience-

  • 2+ years experience in bathroom installation, finish carpentry, or glass installation
  • Strong measuring and layout skills
  • Experience installing shower doors (sliding or frameless preferred)
  • Basic plumbing knowledge
  • Comfortable working with power tools and glass materials
  • Ability to lift and maneuver heavy vanities and glass panels
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


Preferred (Not Required)-

  • Experience with frameless/custom glass systems
  • Remodeling or multi-trade background
  • Customer-facing experience
