Job Summary
GoGoMeds is seeking a Supervisory Data Entry Technician to oversee and support the Data Entry Department within our mail-order pharmacy. This full-time leadership role ensures pharmacy technicians across multiple locations maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards while managing departmental performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Uphold company policies for Pharmacy Technicians in the Data Entry Department, including attendance policy and occurrence tracking
Review PTO/Sick Time requests for Pharmacy Technicians in the Data Entry Department
Determine appropriate staffing level and hire technicians as appropriate
Perform annual reviews for each data entry team member
Provide written warnings, write-ups, etc. when disciplinary action needed
Oversee Data Entry output and workflows, monitoring technician performance and setting individual goals based on tasks, workload, and capabilities
Update existing training resources as necessary or create new material as needed
External communication with clients for order troubleshooting and resolution
Understand and uphold SLAs for clients

Qualifications
High School Diploma required - Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (business, healthcare administration, or related field), or equivalent relatable experience
At least 2-3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
At least 2-3 years of Lead experience
PTCB Certified (Preferred)
Benefits
