Job Description
The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing advanced technical expertise for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and all interfacing systems. This position coordinates and implements technology in support of the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and enhances all associated business operational needs of the Seminole Tribe of Florida. The ERP Technical Analyst is responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the organization's business functions and processes, as well as adapting and maintaining well-planned and coherent solutions in the Human Resources (HCM), Procurement (SCM), and Financial (ERP & EPM) pillars. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field is required. A minimum of four (4) years of experience working in an IT technical analyst role with a focus on Enterprise Resource Planning solutions, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud, is required. Knowledge of relational database management systems is required. Infor Lawson support experience is preferred. Prior experience managing and executing enterprise level technology projects is preferred. Possession of a valid Florida Driver's License is required. Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate excellent English written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
