NOW HIRING: Forklift Operators — Be Part of Our Growing Team!

Exciting things are happening at Dart Container’s Leola Campus! Our facility is expanding with four new thermoforming lines and advanced packaging automation. 

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play an important role in safely and efficiently moving materials and finished products while being part of a team building the future of our operation.

Shifts:

  • 7:00am - 7:00pm
  • 7:00pm - 7:00am

What you’ll do… 

  • Meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service
  • Follow safety regulations and quality standards
  • Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move, stack, load, and unload materials
  • Manage customer requirements and storage logistics
  • Ensure damage-free stacking of products
  • Coordinate with departments for effective inventory management  

What you’ll need...

  • Six (6) months relevant experience, previous experience operating a clamp truck, preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license
  • Ability to demonstrate basic math calculations and dimensional counting skills
  • Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training
