Position Overview


We are seeking an innovative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence within the technology industry. This role will lead the development and execution of social media strategies that increase brand awareness, generate demand, engage technical and business audiences, and position our company as a thought leader.


The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with experience of marketing technology products or services and understands how to communicate complex topics in a clear, engaging way. This individual will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, customer success, and executive leadership to amplify company initiatives and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company marketing and business objectives.
  • Create and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Translate technical concepts, product updates, customer success stories, and industry trends into compelling social media content.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and coordinate content with product launches, webinars, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Produce a variety of content including graphics, short-form videos, infographics, employee spotlights, blogs, and executive thought leadership posts.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and subject matter experts to communicate technical solutions effectively.
  • Monitor social conversations, respond to comments and messages, and foster engagement within the technology community.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns focused on lead generation, recruiting, and brand awareness.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on emerging social media trends, AI tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by showcasing company culture, innovation, employee achievements, and career opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for a technology company, SaaS provider, IT services firm, or B2B organization.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn
  • Excellent written, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical topics.
  • Experience managing social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools and short-form video creation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, platform insights, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, software development, or managed IT services.
  • Knowledge of demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital advertising.
  • Experience supporting product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Experience working with executives to develop personal branding and thought leadership content.
  • Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing, or HubSpot certifications.
