Location: 901 E Madison Street, Goshen, IN (across from Goshen High School)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Do you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in creating quality products? Whether you have industrial sewing experience or strong sewing skills and a willingness to learn, Wieland Designs is looking for dependable team members to join our Sewing Department.

As an Industrial Sewer, you'll use industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality seating and interior products while working in a collaborative manufacturing team. Your craftsmanship helps create products used by customers around the world.

What You'll Do
  • Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently.
  • Sew high-quality products according to customer and production specifications.
  • Follow work instructions and quality standards.
  • Inspect your work to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship.
  • Work as part of a production team to meet daily goals.
  • Cross-train on multiple products and sewing processes.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork throughout the department.
What We're Looking For

Work Environment
