We're looking for a Drain & Sewer Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be part of a team that works hard, supports one another, and gets the job done right. Whether you're replacing sewer lines, installing cleanouts, or operating equipment, you'll play a key role in helping homeowners solve some of their biggest plumbing problems.

What You'll Do
  • Install and replace residential sewer and drain lines
  • Perform sewer excavations and underground plumbing work
  • Install cleanouts, sewer mains, water service lines, and drain piping
  • Repair or replace cast iron, PVC, SDR, and Schedule 40 piping
  • Assist with excavation, trenching, and site restoration
  • Safely operate or assist with mini excavators, skid steers, trenching equipment, and other job site tools
  • Read measurements and ensure proper pipe pitch and drainage
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of residential drain and sewer installation experience
  • Experience with sewer line replacements, excavations, and underground plumbing
  • Knowledge of PVC, SDR, cast iron, and drain piping systems
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
