Position Summary

Finance team have an ultimate and strong responsibility on Company's profitability including Cost Saving Activities, Budget Control and Investment etc. Especially in downturn situation, Finance team have to complete the following works in a timely manner under severe pressure.
- Setting up the multi version of Business Plans (PreMBO, Business Plan, Challenge Plan etc.)
- Execute the monthly Rolling Plan by considering many factors such as production, costs, other risks etc.
- Leading Company's Cost Saving Activities including taking in-charge role of Executive CoEn meetings
- Controlling the Company's budget execution by providing the plenty of guidance to the teams
- Manage all the departments' Capital investment Budget and Review the projects
- Reviewing and approval daily budget & PO requests from the teams

Role and Responsibilities

Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Perform financial forecasting, annual business plan and rolling plan, variance analysis of actual versus forecast and reconciliation of internal accounts to assess strategic decision alternatives

  • Perform the monthly profit and loss closing process. Assist in the month end, quarter end and year end closing process ensuring transactions are in accordance with IFRS/GAAP

  • Prepare financial related analysis and research in area such as financial and cost saving performance measures

  • Participate in annual budget process and cost saving activities in corporation with each team's leader

  • Provide important business information and support ad-hoc reports as directed by management

  • Support creation of materials for various management reviews and meetings

Skills and Qualifications

Here's what you'll need:

Bilingual speaking (Korean/English) required.

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
CPA/CFA preferred but not required.

The current base salary range for this role is between $65,000-$130,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
