Semiconductor Recruiter / Talent Analyst (Bilingual Mandarin)Location: San Jose, CA

 About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Semiconductor Recruiter / Talent Analyst to join our team in San Jose. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates interested in building a career in the semiconductor industry, talent research, and technical recruiting.

No prior recruiting or headhunting experience is required. You will receive hands-on training and work closely with an experienced team leader to learn semiconductor industry roles, talent research, candidate evaluation, and the full recruitment lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone with an Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor, or related technical background who enjoys working with people and wants to develop both industry knowledge and business skills.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and understand semiconductor roles across IC Design, Process, Equipment, Manufacturing, Packaging, and other engineering functions

  • Research semiconductor companies, engineering teams, and relevant talent markets

  • Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and professional networks

  • Review and evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds, experience, career goals, compensation expectations, and work authorization

  • Conduct candidate outreach and initial screening calls

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with semiconductor professionals

  • Work with senior recruiters and team leaders to understand client hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies

  • Support talent mapping and market research for specialized semiconductor positions

  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

  • Maintain accurate recruiting data, candidate pipelines, and activity records

  • Gradually take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent research and sourcing through offer and placement

  • Develop a strong professional network within the U.S. semiconductor industry
     

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above

  • Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics, Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related technical background preferred

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong research and analytical skills

  • Ability and willingness to learn technical concepts

  • Comfortable communicating with new people on a daily basis

  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

  • Genuine interest in the semiconductor industry
