We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Life Sciences Sales Executive to help expand our contract staffing business across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, clinical research, diagnostics, and related Life Sciences markets.

Position Overview

The Life Sciences Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding client relationships through the sale of contract staffing and workforce solutions.

This is a highly client-facing, hunter-oriented sales role for someone who understands the Life Sciences industry, knows how to identify staffing opportunities, and can build trusted relationships with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leaders, HR teams, procurement organizations, and business executives.

The successful candidate will own the sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity development through contract negotiation, placement, and account expansion while partnering closely with Precision Talent Group's recruiting and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

• Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for Life Sciences contract staffing.
• Identify and develop new client relationships within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, CRO/CDMO, clinical research, and related organizations.
• Prospect into hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, HR, procurement, and business leaders.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified contract staffing opportunities.
• Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, industry events, and strategic outreach.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients' workforce challenges, project requirements, skill needs, timelines, and budgets.
• Present Precision Talent Group's contract staffing capabilities and develop customized workforce solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while maintaining appropriate margins.

Contract Staffing Sales

• Develop a strong understanding of clients' temporary, contract, project-based, and contingent workforce requirements.
• Partner with Precision Talent Group's recruiting team to translate client requirements into effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage the sales process from initial prospect through signed agreement and successful placement.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Identify opportunities for additional placements, new skill sets, and expansion into other departments or business units.
• Develop a deep understanding of Life Sciences talent markets, compensation trends, and competitive staffing environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in staffing sales, contract staffing, professional services, recruiting services, or Life Sciences business development.
• Demonstrated success generating new business and developing client relationships.
• Experience selling contract or contingent workforce solutions strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, CRO/CDMO, or other Life Sciences organizations highly desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to understand technical and specialized staffing requirements.
• Highly organized with strong pipeline and CRM management skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment.
