Job description

Role: SAP Project Manager
Location: Avon Lake, OH
Duration: 6-12 Months
Required Skills & Experience
12-15 years of IT project management experience, preferably in SAP programs.
Strong understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA cross-module concepts.
Proven experience managing onsite/offshore delivery models.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage high-pressure timelines and multi-vendor environments.
1. Project Governance & Delivery
Lead end-to-end project execution for SAP migration/consolidation initiatives.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and communication frameworks.
Ensure adherence to scope, milestones, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Stakeholder & Communication Management
Serve as the primary onsite point-of-contact for client teams, business SMEs, and internal leadership.
Conduct daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, and sponsor updates.
Present progress reports, risk assessments, and decision requirements.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with SAP functional and technical tracks (FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, WM, Basis, Security, Data).
Manage deliverables and dependencies across onsite, offshore, and partner teams.
Support WRICEF planning, approvals, and design discussions as applicable.
4. Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live Management
Oversee preparation and execution of testing cycles (SIT, UAT).
Drive cutover readiness, data validation, access enablement, and issue resolution.
Ensure smooth go-live and hyper-care stabilization.
5. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain project documentation including MoMs, trackers, plans, change requests, and sign-offs.
Ensure compliance with client methodology, PMO standards, and audit requirements.
