We're working with an early-stage AI startup building a new category around revenue intelligence and workflow automation for modern GTM teams.
The platform helps revenue organizations centralize customer data, surface insights, automate operational work, and give sales and RevOps leaders faster answers around pipeline, forecasting, and execution. The company is backed by top-tier investors, has strong early traction, and is building an ambitious team in San Francisco.
This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll work closely with leadership, growth marketing, content, events, RevOps, and SDRs to build integrated campaigns that convert into qualified meetings and revenue pipeline.
This is not a manage one channel type of role. We're looking for someone who can think holistically about demand generation from vendor partnerships and database strategy to campaign orchestration and performance analysis.
You'll have real ownership from day one and the opportunity to help shape how marketing scales at a fast-moving AI company.
What You'll Do- Own and execute demand generation programs across webinars, sponsorships, newsletter placements, content syndication, and co-marketing partnerships
- Build and manage database marketing efforts, including segmentation, nurture campaigns, lifecycle programs, and re-engagement initiatives
- Partner closely with growth marketing, content, events, and SDR teams to launch integrated campaigns tied to pipeline goals
- Evaluate program performance and allocate budget toward the highest-performing channels and campaigns
- Help improve lead flow, conversion quality, and campaign reporting across the funnel
- Work closely with RevOps and Marketing Ops to ensure clean data flow and campaign attribution
- Test new acquisition channels, messaging, and partnership opportunities in a fast-moving startup environment
- Use data to identify trends, optimize programs, and communicate recommendations clearly across teams
What We're Looking For- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech marketing, with strong demand generation ownership
- Experience running campaigns end-to-end across email, partnerships, webinars, sponsorships, and lifecycle marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions around budget and strategy
- Startup mindset, comfortable operating without perfect structure or established playbooks
- Strong communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally with sales, RevOps, and leadership teams
- Excited by fast-paced environments and building programs from scratch
- Able to work onsite 5 days/week in San Francisco
Nice to Have- Experience with ABM or account-based demand generation strategies
- Exposure to RevOps, sales tech, or GTM tooling
- Experience marketing to revenue leaders, sales teams, or operational buyers
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or workflow software markets
Compensation & Benefits- Base: $130,000 $155,000
- Equity: Included as part of the compensation package
