A Full Time RV Remote job is a position that allows individuals to work full-time hours while living and traveling in a recreational vehicle (RV). These jobs are typically remote, meaning you can perform your work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. People in these roles often work in fields such as customer service, IT, writing, or consulting, making it possible to maintain a steady income while enjoying a mobile lifestyle. This type of job is ideal for those who want flexibility and the freedom to travel while still meeting their professional obligations.

Full-time remote workers living in RVs often face unique challenges such as inconsistent internet connectivity, managing work-life balance in a small space, and adjusting to different time zones while on the road. To overcome these, many invest in multiple internet solutions like mobile hotspots and signal boosters, establish a dedicated workspace within their RV, and coordinate schedules with their teams to accommodate time differences. Proactive communication with employers and colleagues is also essential to ensure expectations are clear and deadlines are met despite the mobile lifestyle.

As a Mortgage Loan Originator on our Sales team, you'll be the first voice a client hears—and the trusted guide they rely on throughout their homebuying journey. You'll engage directly with prospective and current clients over phone and email, providing clear, expert guidance on loan products, prequalification, and next steps—all while building strong relationships rooted in trust and transparency. Working closely with our Operations and Processing teams, you'll manage a robust pipeline, make outbound calls to generate new business, and own the client experience from first conversation through closing. You'll join a team that thrives on coachability, collaboration, and a shared obsession with putting clients first—because we know that winning the right way is the only way. If you're energized by meaningful conversations, motivated by impact, and ready to leave the woodpile higher every day, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer inbound customer calls to discuss various loan products, prequalification criteria, and next steps
  • Communicate loan progress clearly to consumers and collect any required documentation
  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate new business and strengthen retention
  • Monitor and actively manage a pipeline of leads and loans to meet conversion goals and cycle time targets

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of mortgage sales experience with a proven track record of performance and client trust
  • NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator with hands-on experience in originating a wide range of loan products
  • Full understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products and their unique benefits to clients
  • Strong knowledge of consumer lending regulations, including fair lending, privacy, RESPA, and TILA — and a commitment to always doing the right thing
  • Excellent phone sales skills with the ability to connect, empathize, and guide clients confidently through the loan process
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines and service expectations
  • A natural relationship-builder who can collaborate across teams and foster trust with both internal partners and external clients
  • Demonstrated coachability, adaptability, and a growth mindset — always striving to leave the woodpile higher
  • Takes ownership of the client experience and communicates proactively to exceed expectations and uphold our service-level commitments
  • Energized by a culture that values speed, ethics, impact, and accountability — and driven by a desire to win the right way

Compensation:

Total Cash Compensation Range: $35k per year plus applicable incentives

Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

Additionally, the following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision)

  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid Parental Bonding Benefit Program
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe time to rest and recharge is essential. That's why we offer a generous and flexible PTO policy. Full-time employees accrue 20 days of PTO for a full calendar year annually, with an increase to 25 days after five years of service.
