Summary:

As a RV & Marine Relationship Manager, you will develop and maintain profitable, quality indirect lending relationships with RV & Marine dealers within a market. Products offered as part of a moderate to large portfolio would include Dealer originated RV/Marine consumer loans and traditional banking products and services. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages Dealer sales, service, and the training of dealership staff
  • Builds business by identifying new opportunities and demonstrating value to Dealer customers, which requires a thorough knowledge of bank and competitor products. 
  • Monitors competition and makes suggestions for product improvements. 
  • Assists/trains less experienced employees. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in prior Financial Services experience in Business to Business Sales
  • High School diploma
  • Ability to travel 80% of time to dealers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must live in the appropriate location and have ability to travel to neighboring states on a regular basis
  • Minimum 2 years of Indirect Lending Sales Experience
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Local Dealer knowledge and relationships preferred
  • Experience working with multiple dealership and dealer groups
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient at typing and completing Pre call sales plans and documenting in a CRM system
  • Familiar with Industry reporting and metrics
