RN Day Center Administrator 

Job Overview:

Elite Home Care and Day Centers are currently seeking a RN Administrator for our day center location in Columbia SC. The RN Administrator is chiefly responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Day Center which includes budget management and management of the staff employed by the Center. The Administrator will facilitate communication and organize work processes among various disciplines of employees/services being provided on-site at the Center to ensure the highest level of quality care is provided to the Members of the Center. The RN Administrator will provide information and tours of the Center to prospective Members/families and potential referral sources/case managers. He/She shall oversee the new admission process of Members, ensure all regulatory required paperwork is obtained prior to admission to the Center and ensure required ongoing documentation related to Member Care and procedures of the Center are maintained to promote quality care and ensure regulatory/company policy is in compliance at all times. Maintain records to keep center DHEC/DHHS ready at all times.  Elite Day Centers provides care to those 18 years of age and older with various mental/physical and cognitive disabilities/impairments. The Administrator will be given census goals each month to promote growth of the center.  

Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm   

Experience/Requirements:

  • RN License in good standing (required)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (required)
  • Experience managing staff and budget oversight (required)
  • Current CPR Certification (Required)
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
  • Experience caring for Older Adults with memory concerns such as Alzheimer's Disease and dementia diagnoses (preferred)
  • Experience caring for Special Needs Adults (preferred)
  • Salary based on experience
