Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Charge Registered Nurse (RN) – Main Operating Room to join the surgical services team at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, California. This full-time day-shift position combines hands-on perioperative nursing with frontline leadership, providing an opportunity to coordinate clinical operations, support nursing staff, and help ensure safe, efficient surgical care throughout the Main OR.

As Charge RN, you'll serve as a clinical resource for the perioperative team while helping coordinate patient flow, staff activities, and day-to-day priorities in a fast-paced surgical environment. Offering a competitive salary of $147,000 – $202,000 annually, this opportunity is ideal for an experienced RN with demonstrated leadership abilities who is ready to take greater responsibility for team performance and exceptional patient care.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of professional nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate workflows, prioritize patient needs, and serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff.
